Certain legal issues are not dealt with by the Tasmanian Courts, but by Tribunals. TASCAT has the jurisdiction to deal with, amongst other matters, Guardianship and Administration matters, Mental Health matters, Resource Management and Planning, and Anti-Discrimination.  We can provide you with advice, and potentially represent you regarding TASCAT matters.

Sometimes, parties engaged in a dispute agree to participate in an alternative dispute resolution process such as a mediation or arbitration, in an effort to resolve their dispute, or when required to do so by law. Our Principal has significant experience acting for clients in Conciliations, Mediations and Arbitrations, and we can discuss representing you in those forums.
